Legends of the Summer: Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z at Yankee Stadium – July 19
Since collaborating on the hit single, “Suit & Tie,” off of Justin Timberlake’s latest album, The 20/20 Experience, Timberlake and Jay-Z have teamed up on a joint tour. Hitting 12 major US cities and performing in outdoor stadiums, their show is aptly called “Legends of the Summer.” In NYC, they’ll perform in the legendary Yankee Stadium. NYC Restaurant Week – July 22nd – August 16th
Held twice a year, NYC Restaurant Week allows diners to feast at the finest restaurants for a fraction of regular prices. For four weeks, participating restaurants offer both 3-course prix-fixe lunches for $25 and dinners for $38. Check here on July 8 for participants and reservation availability.
Stephen Burrows: When Fashion Danced Exhibit at The Museum of the City of New York – now through July 28th
The Museum of the City of New York celebrates the designer’s groundbreaking work in the ‘70s, featuring slinky dresses of metallic fabrics in bold colors. Burrows’ notable achievements include opening “Stephen Burrows World” at Henri Bendel in 1970 (and again in 2002), and dressing stars such as Cher and Jerry Hall.
